We’ve been proudly serving New Haven for six years with Cast Iron Chef Chophouse, but our culinary journey started long before that. In 1988, my grandmother opened Marisa’s Restaurant in Bridgeport, CT; we later moved to Trumbull, CT, in 1997. After many years of success, my father, Chef Attilio Marini, took over the family business and opened Cast Iron Chef Chophouse in New Haven, where we’ve been for the past six years. Chef Attilio is a self-taught culinary artist who honed his craft through years of trial, research, and hands-on experience. As his eldest daughter, I grew up surrounded by amazing food, which sparked my passion for sharing our family’s recipes with others. Now, we’re bringing that same magic to you—serving fresh, made-to-order meals directly in your backyard.
